For over 30 years EEI has kept in the forefront of technology enabling us to provide builders and homeowners with the most recent of their electrical low voltage needs, from security systems to home theaters to computer networking, structured wiring and home automation.
We have worked for some of the largest builders in the country, Centex, K. Hovnanian, Taylor Woodrow, Toll Brothers, etc. As well as working for many of the outstanding local builders, Castle Florida Building Corp. Luceri Construction, McNamara and Sons, Qualk Homes, Summit Builders of Florida, Waterbrook Builders, Etc.
Mostly working for builders, our goal is to supply all the electrical low voltage needs that a builder may require, from Security systems to complete home integration.
To better enable the company to keep up with the continually changing world of technology, it is divided into three segments. Security / Low Voltage run by Tony DiVietro, Audio-Video run by Al Rincon Jr. And Home Systems Integration run by Efrain Rivera. All 3 segments of the company integrate and continuously communicate with each other. By this design it is easier for each segment of the company to keep up with the rapid changes in technology.
